The workshop is organized as part of the IDC conference. Max 20 participants of various backgrounds will be selected by means of a position paper.

Deadline for workshop position paper submissions is April 8th; notification May, 8th, 2010.

Workshop fees are: 120 Euro for advanced registration and 170 Euro for on-site registration. Check the IDC website for details.

Please notice that the following rules hold for all workshops:

Submission deadline for workshop position papers: April 8, 2009; Position paper must be formatted according to ACM SIGCHI Publications Format and should not exceed 4 pages. Position papers can be send to dick at waag.org, attn of Dick van Dijk.

Notification of acceptance for submitted position papers: April 20, 2009

The camera-ready version of the workshop extended abstract and the accepted position papers are due no later than May 4, 2009. Workshop organizers will be responsible to select the best position paper for publication in the conference proceedings and ACM Digital Library and to ensure there are properly formatted

The extended abstract must be formatted according to ACM SIGCHI Publications Format, must provide an overview of the workshop topic, goals, and key issues emerging from accepted position papers; it must also identify and cite published work relevant to the workshop topic
